A WINTER STORM WILL BEGIN WESTERN COLORADO LATE TONIGHT AND PERSIST THROUGH EARLY CHRISTMAS MORNING. THE HEAVIEST SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR FROM DAYBREAK MONDAY THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS.
NO ADVISORIES HAVE BEEN ISSUED…YET…FOR ANY VALLEY LOCATIONS THOUGH SOME ACCUMULATING SNOW IS EXPECTED FROM THE GRAND VALLEY EASTWARD ALONG INTERSTATE 70 TO VAIL PASS.
SNOW ACCUMULATION…6 TO 10 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.
